We’re thrilled to welcome DEENA, also known as Elene Gigani, as our featured guest for the next installment of Live at Zeche, alongside Boioboinik, recognized for his dynamic blend of UK drill, trap, and grime.
Elene is a Tbilisi-based artist blending trap, pop, and R&B. “Deena” translates to “a girl” in the Svans’ language, spoken in Georgia’s historic northwestern region, her place of origin. Deena’s debut album, “Low Love,” on Didube Records, enjoyed widespread acclaim, effortlessly enchanting the Georgian audience. Through her melodic voice, Deena explores disharmonies and dissonances, reflecting the complex reality of teenage life in Georgia amidst internet-centric relationships and global culture.
