Event Details

On May 18th, G2 will host a collaboration night with @aboutrepetition – an interdisciplinary art collective based in Düsseldorf, exploring repetition as an artistic resource in media art, sound, and architecture. Their collective artistic prowess comes alive in synesthetic live performances, providing a vibrant platform for collaboration and exhibitions

On this night, a DJ, producer, co-founder of the label and event series “system ctl”, and a resident of About Repetition – @anodize_d will take place at G2. His DJ sets features warm harmonies and lush grooves, driving relentlessly through the mix. Anodized releases music and organizes parties in and around Düsseldorf. Sharing the stage with him will be the DJ and co-founder of “system ctl,” – @ozip_402. The Düsseldorf DJ ozip_402 is known for his fast-paced selection, which moves at the interface between industrial techno and hard groove. Among them will be a producer, DJ, and author of the conceptual project Fractal Void – @borgborg___. BORGBORG moves freely in different styles of electronic music. Among the artists will be @tasime_da_hidonash – a collaboration project where two artists merge their unique styles. They blend vocal performance, live effects, and modulation, creating an intense experience atop fast-paced industrial percussion. A member of the label “system ctl”, a musician, DJ, and sound engineer – @hugo_dirac, whose musical works oscillate between euphoric synth-wave and raw body music, completes the line up with the Stuttgart’s @felixlindner, who is evolved from early 2000s DJing to pioneering experimental techno. His sound blends raw, noisy elements with classical instruments and reverb experiments, creating a dystopian atmosphere

Khidi club opened in 2016 and since its beginning, it’s goal is to build a strong community based on great local artists and well-known names outside Georgia like Shlomo and Boston 168, who became residents.

Club has a massive underground main room, that looks like something from 90s raves videos we thought was lost. Khidi is true underground. You can check all the hidden spots in the club, chill there with friends, catch a breath or just relax before you hit the dancefloor again. The dancefloor itself has everything that is needed. Spacious, dark, and with good sound.
