Chef Guram, the celebrated co-owner of Chveni Restaurant and numerous other culinary ventures across Georgia, is making waves in India. As one of Georgia’s esteemed ambassadors for its rich culinary heritage, Chef Guram is hosting exclusive Georgian supras in Delhi, and the events have already sold out!

Following the tremendous success of two dinners in Bengaluru, Chef Guram has now arrived in Delhi, ready to enchant diners with the exotic flavors of Georgia. The culinary journey promises to be a feast for the senses, featuring traditional dishes such as savory khachapuris and fragrant khinkalis. Each course is meticulously crafted to create a symphony of taste and texture that transports guests straight to the heart of Georgia.

Chef Guram is joined by Pedro Diogo Macedo, co-owner of the Chveni group, and the head chef of Chveni, ensuring that the experience delivered to their Indian guests is nothing short of spectacular. This initiative marks a significant step in spreading the culture of Georgian cuisine across the globe, as Chef Guram continues to introduce the world to the vibrant and diverse flavors of his homeland.

The event will be held at the JW Marriott in Delhi, and the dates of July 5 and July 6 have already seen a complete sell-out. This overwhelming response begs the question: Will we see a new Chveni restaurant opening its doors in Delhi soon;)?
